If you change your cell phone number will you have to start your contract over?
I have Sprint and before I sit on hold with them for an hour, I was wondering. I moved last year, but I never updated my cell phone number to the new area code. If I ask Sprint to change my number to match the new area, will they make me sign a new year contract? Thanks.

I have changed my number several times and have never been required to renew my contract. brbrI have heard of people being charged a small fee to change their number though.
