Sony LOSE money on every console they sell. Their losses are recouped through games sales if you want a PS logo on your box you have to give Sony a cut.brbrSony couldnt afford to drop the price if they could they would because they are already so far behind XBOX.brbrAnd, its not that expensive when you consider what youre getting. Add the price of the HDDVD and the Wifi onto the XBOX and its starting to climb up over the mark and youll only have a g Hard Disk.
